Panels, forms and multi-panels
Panels
Each panel is a message with a button. Everything about the tickets it creates is set on the panel:
- Title, text, button label, emoji and color – what members see.
- Open tickets as – a private channel (default) or a private thread inside the panel channel. Threads keep your channel list tidy but members need Send Messages in Threads in that channel.
- Ticket category – where channel-mode tickets are created. Leave on "server default" to use the category from Settings.
- Channel name – uses
{number}and{username}, e.g.support-{number}. - Form – questions asked in a popup before the ticket opens (up to 5, a Discord limit).
- Welcome message – the first message in every ticket. Supports Discord markdown and integration placeholders such as
%username%. - Staff teams – which teams see these tickets. Bot admins always can. Untick Include the default support team to make a panel private to one team (for example staff applications).
- Support hours – outside the chosen hours the button replies that support is closed. The Free plan allows this on one panel.
- Disable – keeps the button but stops new tickets, handy for a temporary pause.
Saving a panel updates its message in Discord in place. If the message gets deleted, use Re-post Panel.
The Free plan includes 3 panels; Premium and All Access have no limit.
Forms
Create forms under Forms. Each question has a label, a short or paragraph answer box, an optional placeholder, min/max length and whether it is required. Answers are shown at the top of the ticket and in the transcript.
A form can be attached to several panels. Deleting a form makes those panels open tickets without questions.
Multi-panels
A multi-panel combines two or more panels into one message, either as a row of buttons or a dropdown. Members pick a topic and the matching panel's settings (category, form, teams) apply. Create one under Panels → Create Multi-Panel once you have at least two panels.
